Description:	The P6 is a fully automatic, extremely reliable machine used to knead all types of flour and durum wheat. It is especially recommended for short pasta and rolled pasta. This machine operates simply and efficiently. It is constructed completely of durable stainless steel and complies with all current European and foreign safety standards. COMPONENTS: � Mixing vat capacity approx. 6 Kg of flour . Stainless steel screw and stainless steel shaft which can be dismantled to facilitate easy cleaning and maintenance. � Dies for all kinds of pasta both normal and special also on request. � Automatic pasta cutter with speed variator and stainless steel cutting blade. � Fan for rapid drying of the pasta � Water-cooled extrusion head available upon request � Also available: Ravioli group and Gnocchi group. � Machine on a stainless steel trolley with wheels.
