The new adventure
Thus began another adventure (in the year 1978) far more exacting and ardous this time, which led to his changing from a restaurant keeper to a mechanical craftsman, always dedicated however - even from the outside - to the sublime and antique art of refreshment.

For about seven years the Monferrina remained a small family concern employing just a few workers and the owner. Then, in 1985, in the wake of the increasingly pressing demand, restructuring became necessary, transforming the firm into an industry, employing over twenty workers.
